My Google Drive Experience:
- numerous syncing issues
- 100GB drive filled up within a few days even though I only placed about 50GB worth of data in it… I still don’t understand this one?
- tried to downgrade back to a free account… I receive an error saying I can’t downgrade because my account has 11GB worth of data. I’ve deleted everything but 3 Google word processing documents
- tried to contact support… waited on hold for a looong time, then finally gave up
- now I’m being charged every month for a service I can’t use and can’t get rid of without investing more time trying to contact support
